Puppet Stop 10-Year Repair Warranty

 

At Puppet Stop, every puppet is built by hand with care, using high-quality materials, and designed to be used, performed with, and loved. To stand behind our work, we offer the following warranty:

Warranty Coverage

Puppet Stop warrants that each puppet will be free from defects in artistry for a period of ten (10) years from the original purchase date.

During this period, Puppet Stop will provide repair services at no charge for labor and materials for issues resulting from everyday use, including but not limited to:

Seam separation, Internal structural failure, Mechanism failure, Fabric or foam breakdown due to standard handling and performance use

 

Shipping Terms

 

The customer is responsible for shipping the puppet to Puppet Stop for repair.

Puppet Stop will cover return shipping back to the customer once repairs are complete.

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

 

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or intentional alteration

• Damage from exposure to fire, water, extreme heat, chemicals, or animals

• Typical cosmetic wear that does not affect function

• Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Puppet Stop without prior written approval

 

Warranty Process

To initiate a repair, the owner must contact Puppet Stop with:

 

Proof of original purchase

A description of the issue

Photos or video of the damage when requested

Repairs will be evaluated and completed within a reasonable timeframe based on the nature of the repair.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Puppet Stop.

Limitation of Liability

Puppet Stop’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair of the puppet. Puppet Stop shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
